Case Study 3: Relocation and Sale Preparation - Perth
PRS were contracted by the Real Estate Agent to asset pack, relocate to onsite storage, and make good the repossessed premise for sale. The project took 7 days.
The Perth apartment held minimal furniture and the pack and relocation onsite storage only took 2 hours.
Beds, kitchen items and a couch were moved to the onsite storage room.
Some items left in the premises for staging.
In order to get this property leasable, we had to first perform a full property condition report which determined the full extent of the works required. This allowed PRS to produce a scope of works document to the Real Estate Agent with costs for approval from the bank.
The property was in reasonable condition, only requiring an uplift in presentation.
Work was completed in 7 days including:
Full deep grout & tile clean to main bathroom and toilet;
Full 2 coat painting to walls, ceiling and doors.
Full electrical check & RCD maintenance;
Deep internal vacate clean including windows and balcony.
The keys were handed in + 8 days so that the twilight pictures for sale could commence as per below.
